		<description>I have been thinking more about what sort of things are not taken into account by the sort of development described by Collier - i.e. GDP econometric "growth".

As a starting point, I decided to make a list of things that I think are actually *degraded* by economic growth:
- natural resources
- connections to tradition
- relationship with environment
- sense of community
