This man is the owner of Kulminator, one of the best beer cafes in the world. Their collection is so extensive that you will be quite lost without the help of this fellow, but he will gladly make recommendations. They take their beer very, very seriously… there is a big sign out the front that says something (in Flemish) like "the benefit of objective beer-tasting". Many of their beers are so old and rare that the breweries (or monasteries) that produce them don’t even exist any more.
Go to Antwerp, and go to Kulminator. You shall not regret.
