Did you know that one of the main reasons why humans started settling down in one place was so that they could grow vegetables?
In that sense, I am re-enacting the evolution from the age of nomadry.
I now have little plants for: zucchini, peppers, carrots, parsely, basil, coriander, tomatoes and beans. Perhaps not quite enough to support the growth of villages and towns yet, or the ensuing development of specialisation and intellectual pursuits… but I’ll get there one day.
