I’m a 4th year male graduate student at UCB, looking to rent any place for up to $1000, within 120 miles of campus, to give me a fair commute. A fairly quiet restroom with comfortable toilet seat will suffice, as this will provide for all of my study & sanitary needs. I don’t mind sharing it with another person. Will sign 2 year lease.
